Jonathan has been with the Auditorium for 35 years overseeing all aspects of venue operations including the management of senior staff and vendors, communication with clients and guests, the oversight of box office and ticketing procedures and quick resolution of any day-to-day problems that may come up. With close to three decades of experience, Jonathan has cultivated relationships and professional integrations with some of the industry's leading talent management and promotions agencies, as well as local media relations, and surrounding venue colleagues.  In a business where every day can be a quite different, over the years, Jonathan has embraced a role that requires wearing many hats.

Taylor brings an elite standard of excellence and professional knowledge acquired from senior management experience at Universal Studios Orlando, where he managed high-volume promotional events, daily live performance schedules, seasonal concerts and attractions, celebrity appearance events interactive fan experiences. As Event Services Manager at SMA, Taylor oversees all front-of-house operational logistics, staffing, and execution of live concerts, private, corporate, and community events & fundraisers, seasonal banquets, trade shows. He serves as a liaison to coordinate between event coordinators and hosts, corporate partners, tour promoters, artists, and technical staff to ensure show safety, artist satisfaction, and positive audience experience while handling staff scheduling, safety compliance, and day-of-show logistics.
